Layden Lab Attends First Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Symposium at Lehigh University
On April 14th members of the Layden lab attended the first Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Symposium at Lehigh University. Dylan, Suraj, Casey, Nisha, and Caitlin all presented posters. Attendees were from schools all over Pennsylvania, as well as New Jersey, Maryland, Texas, and California.
Nisha Singh won honorable mention for her poster titled "Characterization of achaete-scute homologs during regeneration of Nematostella vectensis", and Caitlin Tedeschi and Casey Field also won honorable mention for their poster titled "Identification of Receptor Tyrosine Kinases Required of Neurogenesis in the Sea Anemone Nematostella vectensis".
